Part three in the Audrey Markum series.
Audrey is excited to be moving in with boyfriend and police detective, Rod Rodriguez and there’s plenty to love about the house perched atop the Brookline neighborhood of Pittsburgh. After the trauma of the attack on her in the spring and the trial of the culprit in summer, Audrey is ready for a nice, quiet autumn. However, a member of the police force is secretly making different plans that will sweep up Audrey and everyone she cares about if they’re not able to stop him in time.
